Technique

FESP MOLD is a company specialized in the creation of technical molds for plastic materials particularly large quantities and multi-cavity molds. We provide a complete service from design to quality control, for extraordinary molds that exceed our customers' expectations: perfect right from the product sampling phase. Challenges such as unscrewing mechanisms, air extraction systems, reduced cycle times, and the use of innovative materials are what we actively seek and address in our daily operations.

History

FESP MOLD was founded in 1997 by Dario and Carlo Chiampesan, who after a decade of experience in the production of molds for goldsmiths founded FESP MOLD exclusively for the production of molds for thermoplastic products.

Our story begins in a garage with an old Rambaudi with a tilting head. Since the beginning, the attraction towards non-standard technologies has represented a must which today translates into a range of 5-axis machines suitable for the most varied processes.

Innovation that we try to bring to every single job, demonstrating that our passion for mechanics is the real jewel. The passion for mechanics, creativity, the strong desire to transmit knowledge are the three pillars that guide us every day in facing new challenges.

  • 1997

    Garage, 2 rambaudi and the first molds.

  • 1998

    Transfer to Via Meucci 10 (400 m2) and first 3-axis machining centers.

  • 2003

    Extension in Via Meucci 10 (300 m2), many minor investments and a workshop that is starting to take shape clearly.

  • 2005

    First continuous 5-axis machining center.

  • 2010

    Second machining center in 5 continuous axes.

  • 2015

    First palletising with 100 positions on a continuous 5-axis machining center for the production of electrodes.

  • 2016

    Second 7-position palletising on a continuous 5-axis machining center for finishing figure components.

  • 2018

    Introduction of WorkPlan management and interconnection of all machines, Factory 4.0

    25 YEARS OLD!

    Membership of the Amaplast association.

  • 2024

    Extension in Via Meucci 10 (700 m2).
Team
Fesp currently employs a staff of 17 people: young, dynamic and well-prepared. A team of technicians who work in continuous synergy and mutual collaboration, optimizing the product for the creation of precision and quality molds.
